The founders

The Greenwater founders are two highly experienced project managers and entrepreneurs.
Henning Warmbier holds a degree in business administration and founded Greenwater GmbH in 2012, from which today’s company emerged. His almost 20 years of experience range from large-scale plant and aircraft construction to offshore wind and pipeline construction.
The mechanical engineer Lutz Falta has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of steam turbine and power plant construction, onshore and offshore wind, software development and battery storage systems in a wide variety of industries.
In the course of their careers, both partners gained experience in classic project management and extensive knowledge in engineering management, change management and company structure. Each of these experiences, acquired skills and specialist knowledge paired with our motivation and enthusiasm for this mission is a component of our service.

Greenwater is an innovative service company in the world of renewable energies. We offer cross-industry professional technical and commercial project management for companies that are following the path of CO2 reduction. During project planning phase, we advise our customers on possible funding programs and ensure that the relevant funding requirements are met during project execution.
